BA2 Retail Space

1/11
“The shoes should be seen at 360 degrees, not just from the top – sometimes the best view is from the back!”
The project was to design a retail space, an exhibition or a one-off event in a shop in Kings Road, London for one of three contemporary designers.
I chose Tracey Neuls: a British shoe designer and maker who collaborates with other practitioners on the design of her London store at 29 Marylebone Lane: www.tn29.com
After researching the area, a site visit, and analysing the building’s form and structure. The concept emerged from the space itself, Tracey Nuels organic foot wear, and her feeling of immersing into your imgaination when entering her stores.
